Manage incoming phone calls and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
Respond to email enquiries and provide timely, professional customer support
Assist customers with product selection, providing information and guidance based on their needs
Support the sales team with day-to-day customer service and administrative tasks
Assist with merchandising, product displays and maintaining a well-presented sales floor
Process customer enquiries accurately and ensure follow-up is completed where required
Maintain product and customer information and assist with general data entry
Liaise with internal team members to ensure customer requests are actioned efficiently
Provide general administrative and operational support during busy periodsWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in customer service, retail,



sales administration or a similar customer-facing role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced sales environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on customer enquiries
Proactive and team-focused approach with a willingness to assist across different areas
Basic computer and administration skills, including confidence responding to emails and completing data entry
Ability to provide contactable refereesWhat you'll get in return
If successful in this role, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate plus super, with weekly pay.
This is an ongoing opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position if all goes well.
You'll work a Monday to Friday schedule, ensuring you're home every evening, with the hours of 7:30am – 4:30pm.
