We're looking for a confident, personable Appointment Setter to join an established national commercial cleaning organisation in Norwest.
You'll speak with prospective business customers, find out about their cleaning needs and book appointments for the Sales Executives to take the conversation further.

This involves cold calling businesses, building rapport and following up when the timing is right.




You'll be:Contacting prospective business customers to introduce commercial cleaning servicesAsking questions to understand their needs and qualify opportunitiesBooking appointments for the Sales ExecutivesHandling initial questions and objectionsFollowing up with prospects and maintaining accurate CRM recordsResearching businesses and coordinating appointments by locationWorking towards agreed activity and appointment targetsAbout you You could come from telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation or a customer-facing sales role.
You're comfortable picking up the phone, can keep a conversation moving and understand that not every call will result in an appointment.
We're looking for:Transparent communication and good listening skillsConfidence initiating conversations with business customersPersistence and the ability to handle rejection professionallyA reliable approach to daily activity and follow-upsGood organisation and confidence learning CRM systemsWillingness to learn, take feedback and work towards targetsExperience in outbound calling will be highly regarded.
