They're one of the most active businesses in the country when it comes to setting up new funds, and with significant growth ahead, the legal team is expanding.The roleYou'll lead legal matters across the full lifecycle of the group's investment products, including:Product development, establishment and launchOngoing operation, amendments, restructures and terminationsDisclosure documents, fund constitutions and trust deedsRegulatory change and its impact on products and processesInstructing and managing external counsel on significant mattersSupporting broader corporate, commercial and governance projectsYou'll also mentor a Legal Counsel,



who is being recruited alongside this role.About you8+ years' PAE, with significant funds management experienceStrong, hands-on product experience, including fund establishment, disclosure and fund documentationConfident advising senior stakeholders and working with a high degree of autonomyCommercial, pragmatic and comfortable balancing legal risk with business objectivesYou might be in-house at a fund manager or platform, or a senior associate in a funds team at a law firm.
