Join us to manage and optimise IT landscapes for leading organisations, delivering seamless, reliable, and measurable outcomes every day.About the RoleNRI is looking for a Senior SAP HR/HCM/Payroll Consultant to provide senior functional expertise across SAP HCM and Australian Payroll within our Managed Services Enterprise Applications team.You'll support business-critical HR and payroll environments across Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits and ESS/MSS, with a robust focus on production support, compliance and continuous improvement.We offer hybrid working arrangements, balancing time in the office each week with the flexibility to work remotely, depending on role and location.What You'll DoProvide Level 2 & 3 operational support across SAP HCM and PayrollConfigure and support OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, ESS and MSSSupport payroll schemas, wage types, PCRs, time evaluation and absence quotasEnsure compliance with Australian payroll, taxation and legislative requirementsTroubleshoot complex payroll and HCM issuesDevelop functional specifications and support enhancementsWork closely with ABAP, Basis, Finance, Security and SuccessFactors teamsSupport upgrades, support packs, SAP Notes, testing and deploymentsSupport data migration,



interfaces and mass uploadsDrive automation, optimisation and continuous improvementWhat We're Looking For7+ years SAP ECC6 functional consulting experience, and a minimum of 5 years' SAP HR/Payroll experience in support roles.Strong expertise in Australian payroll processes, taxation requirements, payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and compliance obligations.Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and consulting skillsStrong understanding of Australian Payroll practicesStrong ability to analyse modern awards and enterprise agreements to assist in formulating business change requirementsStrong understanding of Australian legislation and calculation rules in regards to payroll related PAYG tax and superannuation calculationsExtensive experience supporting SAP HCM modules including Organisational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits Administration, ESS and MSS.Demonstrated experience with SAP configuration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support in complex enterprise environments.Experience with SAP data migration tools including LSMW and BDC.Culture and BenefitsYour skills.
