The Repair Centre Manager will drive a high-performance culture and ensure repairs are delivered on time and to quality standards.Key responsibilitiesLead and support a high-performing team of production, estimating, customer support, detailing, and apprentices to elevate and maintain the highest service and quality standards.Manage team performance through consistent and structured practices such as team meetings and 1:1'sPartner with HR and relevant teams to get the best results when recruiting and ensure the onboarding and subsequent workforce plans are implemented and supportedDrive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the site whilst ensuring full compliance with WHS, EPA, and regulatory requirementsEnsure all repairs are scheduled, resourced,



and completed to meet agreed targetsOversee daily job flow of estimating, repair, painting, and final QA processesOperational management of the site to achieve revenue, margin, efficiency, profit targetsDelivery of a premium customer experience from drop-off to pick-upAbout youDemonstrated experience in a leadership role within an automotive repair centre or workshopStrong commercial understanding and experience managing budgets, workforce efficiency and quotingKnowledge of insurer processes, repair cycles, parts procurement, and estimating systemsStrong written and verbal communication and skilled presentationDemonstrated WHS awareness and safety leadershipQualifications in automotive repair, management or business are highly regarded as are experience in job management systems, and understanding of PCM and ARC
