Working within a high-performing Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) team, you'll support clients through every stage of the project lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through to deployment and ongoing support.This is an excellent opportunity for an MES professional looking to expand their technical capabilities while working on enterprise-scale manufacturing transformation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, customise and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES)



solutionsDeliver MES implementation projects across the full software development lifecycleTranslate business and manufacturing requirements into scalable technical solutionsDevelop and maintain integrations between MES, ERP and other manufacturing applicationsSupport production optimisation initiatives and continuous improvement programsPerform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution and production support activitiesContribute to manufacturing systems architecture and solution design discussionsWork closely with manufacturing stakeholders, engineers and business teamsProvide technical guidance, documentation and knowledge transfer to clients and team membersEssential ExperienceMinimum 3 years' experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)Strong hands-on experience with MES implementation, configuration, customisation, integration or application supportExperience working within manufacturing, production or industrial environmentsStrong understanding of manufacturing operations and business processesExperience across:Production ManagementQuality ManagementMaterial ManagementTraceability & GenealogyWork Order ManagementProduction SchedulingUnderstanding of manufacturing systems architecture and integration principlesExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAustralian Citizenship is mandatoryWhy Join?
