The role is fully remote across Australia and focuses on statutory compliance and governance with the CEO and interim Board.
A strong not-for-profit governance background is preferred.The role involves ACNC lodgements, regulatory reporting, and maintaining corporate records, governance registers, and AGM materials for a planned **** AGM.
