construction and domestic insuranceWork directly with experienced Directors who remain actively involved in the businessBuild meaningful client relationships and become a trusted adviserLong-term career opportunity with a respected and growing brokerageEnjoy the Sunshine Coast lifestyle while supporting clients across AustraliaAbout the RoleAs an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial and domestic insurance clients.You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored insurance solutions and deliver the exceptional service standards that have been the foundation of Pinnacle's success for more than three decades.Your responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of commercial and domestic insurance clientsActing as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, renewals and policy changesPreparing quotations, renewals, endorsements and policy documentationLiaising with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and outcomesProviding tailored insurance advice and recommendationsIdentifying opportunities to strengthen client insurance programsAssisting clients through the claims process and advocating on their behalfMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are metBuilding strong relationships with clients, insurers and key stakeholdersAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Has experience in insurance broking, underwriting or account managementDemonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracyTakes pride in delivering outstanding client serviceHas strong communication,
