You will coordinate online and in-person assessment sessions, prepare tests, supervise candidates, and ensure records and results meet Defence standards.You will work with psychologists and stakeholders, manage administrative tasks, and maintain a high level of service and care, supporting a smooth enlistment intake and client satisfaction.
