You'll manage a portfolio of bookkeeping clients, take ownership of deadlines and deliver accurate, reliable work without needing to be constantly followed up.
This is a Xero-only practice, so solid, practical Xero experience is essential.Key responsibilitiesManaging end-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of clientsCompleting profit and loss and balance-sheet reconciliationsPreparing and lodging BAS and IASProcessing payroll and superannuationReviewing client files and identifying errors or inconsistenciesMaintaining accurate workpapers, records and file notesCommunicating directly with clients to obtain information and resolve queriesMonitoring deadlines and proactively managing your workflowWorking closely with accountants to ensure files are complete and accurateSupporting and reviewing junior bookkeeping team members where requiredAbout youAn experienced senior bookkeeper with strong Australian bookkeeping knowledgeA confident and advanced Xero userHigh energy,
