You will provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and direct clinical support to Registered and Enrolled Nurses, including guidance and instruction to promote consistent, high-quality clinical practice.
You will also provide clinical expertise and support to administrative staff in relation to the management and coordination of specialty portfolios.The CNC works collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and in accordance with organisational priorities, business requirements and service demands to support effective service delivery and continuous improvement.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate and triage urology referrals, prioritising urgent cases and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines, timely patient assessment and appropriate preparation for clinic appointments.Oversee urology specialist clinic operations, including patient flow, clinic templates, rostering,
