You'll respond to calls, emails and enquiries, keep supporter records accurate in our CRM, and process donations and receipts securely.
You'll also send supporter cards and welcome packs, greet visitors, and help with extra calls during appeals.This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping people, has an eye for detail, and wants their work to contribute to lasting change for people living in poverty.We're Looking For Someone Who Has:Alignment with the vision, mission and values of Baptist World Aid AustraliaExcellent Communication skills both written and oral, and able to shape organisational communication Experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality or a similar people focused environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyConfidence using Microsoft Office and learning current systemsThe ability to manage multiple tasks and work well within a teamA positive, helpful and service oriented approachAn authentic Christian faith,
