12-month Temporary Senior Payroll Officer in Western SydneyYour new company Join a large, established organisation in Sydney's west within a sophisticated payroll shared services environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer who enjoys working with complex payrolls, Enterprise Agreements and data while building strong relationships across the wider business.Your new role As a Senior Payroll Officer, you'll support the accurate and compliant delivery of payroll across multiple sites, working closely with an outsourced payroll provider and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:Analysing payroll data across earnings, tax, deductions, leave, superannuation and associated on-costsReviewing fortnightly and monthly payroll reports and reconciling discrepanciesEnsuring compliance with Enterprise Agreements, company policies and relevant payroll legislationCompleting payroll investigations and audits to identify discrepancies and minimise riskManaging international payroll requirements for inpat and expat employeesCompleting general ledger reconciliations and payroll tax remittancesPreparing ad hoc payroll and operational reportingSupporting payroll configuration changes,



documentation and testingWorking closely with the outsourced payroll provider and key internal stakeholdersContributing to continuous improvement and payroll change initiativesWhat you'll need to succeed To be successful, you'll bring demonstrated payroll experience with strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
