Operations support role coordinating maintenance and service delivery in Ballina.Your new roleIn this role, you will support the service team and site management with the coordination of planned and reactive maintenance activities, reporting, purchase orders and general operational administration.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance tasks across multiple contractsReviewing timesheets and preparing accurate reportsManaging purchase orders, including close-out checks and submission for approvalResponding to internal helpdesk enquiries and updating tasks accordinglyLiaising with technicians to support day-to-day operational workflowsProviding general administrative and operational support as requiredWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and organised administrator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.You will ideally have:Previous administration, service coordination or operations support experienceAn understanding of maintenance or service operationsStrong computer literacy,
