offer management and onboarding activitiesDeliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycleBuild and maintain talent pools to support current and future workforce requirementsCollaborate with the broader People & Culture team on talent attraction initiatives and continuous improvement projectsMaintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within recruitment systemsWhat we're looking forFull Australian working rightsPrevious experience managing end-to-end recruitment in either an internal Talent Acquisition, RPO or agency environmentDemonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneouslyStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsExperience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other attraction channelsStrong communication, organisation and influencing skillsA customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding hiring experiencesExperience recruiting within logistics, transport, industrial, engineering or other blue-collar environments will be highly regardedWhy Join Pacific National?
