Your new company is a growing business in Western Sydney looking to employ a customer care professional with a background in warranty and service.Your new role will include but will not be limited to:Handle after-purchase repair requests and warranty claims in compliance with company policies.Assess issues, conduct, investigate & damage evaluations.
Arrange technician service runs and manage customer appointment bookingsLiaise with repair agents to arrange inspection & repairFollow up on service outcomes and promptly update customer and storesInvestigate complex issues and collaborate with manager to achieve the best solutionTrack service parts and monitor repair progress to ensure timely resolution.Communicate with manufacturers regarding service quality issuesIdentify recurring issues and suggest improvement to warranty policies or repair processesService as the primary point of contact for warranty and repair enquiries via phone and emailResolve escalated customer complaints with a solutions-oriented approachWhat you'll need to succeed Similar experience in a high-volume environment.
