Combining technical SEO, content optimisation and website management, the position offers the prospect to take ownership of client projects and directly influence organic search performance.The OpportunityWorking within an experienced digital marketing team, you will take ownership of SEO activities across a portfolio of client websites, developing and implementing strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic and conversions.You will conduct website audits, identify opportunities and implement improvements directly within website content management systems.
Beyond day-to-day optimisation, you will monitor performance and contribute to broader SEO strategies.Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing SEO strategies across multiple client websitesConducting technical, on-page and off-page SEO auditsPerforming keyword research, competitor analysis and identifying growth opportunitiesImplementing technical SEO improvements, including indexing, redirects, structured data and site architectureWorking directly within WordPress, Shopify, Wix and other CMS platformsOptimising website content, metadata, headings, internal linking and page performanceIdentifying content gaps and improving existing website pagesManaging local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimisationMonitoring performance using Google Analytics,



Search Console and SEO toolsReviewing backlink profiles and identifying opportunities to improve website authorityProviding performance insights, recommendations and ongoing optimisation strategiesAbout YouThe successful candidate will bring a minimum of two years' professional SEO experience, ideally within a digital marketing agency or an environment managing multiple websites.You will have a strong understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO, with the confidence to identify issues and implement improvements directly rather than simply providing recommendations.Key capabilities and attributes will include:Minimum two years' demonstrated SEO experienceStrong technical SEO knowledge, including crawling, indexing, redirects and Core Web VitalsHands-on experience implementing SEO changes within WordPress, Shopify, Wix or similar platformsProven capability in keyword research, search intent analysis and content optimisationExperience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush or Screaming FrogUnderstanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisationStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance dataExcellent attention to detail and confidence resolving technical SEO issuesAbility to manage multiple client projects and competing prioritiesStrong communication skills and a proactive, accountable approach to delivering resultsThis position will suit an experienced SEO Specialist or SEO Executive who enjoys being hands-on, takes ownership of their work and wants to further develop their technical and strategic capabilities.Why Apply?
