Your new roleReporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering financial and business support across a diverse operational portfolio.
You will provide analysis and insight to support decision-making, assist with budget management, and contribute to the development of business plans and improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:Supporting the development, management and monitoring of operational budgetsPreparing financial reports, forecasts and performance analysisAssisting with annual budgeting, capital expenditure and business planning processesDeveloping business cases and supporting service improvement initiativesAnalysing financial,



workforce and activity data to identify trends and opportunitiesPartnering with operational stakeholders to provide commercial and financial adviceContributing to management reporting and performance monitoring against agreed KPIsSupporting financial systems, controls and information management processesAssisting with workforce cost allocation and staffing analysisBuilding strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous experience in a Finance Analyst, Business Analyst, Management Accountant or similar positionStrong budgeting, forecasting and financial management experienceWell-developed analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skillsExperience developing business cases, business plans or financial assessmentsStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilitiesExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence at multiple levelsA relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related disciplineHealthcare or large complex organisational experience will be highly regarded.
