With a focus on quality, continuous improvement and operational excellence, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their busy HR team.The RoleWe're seeking an organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist for an urgent temporary assignment through to the end of the year, with the potential for extension.Working closely with the HR team and operational leaders, you'll help deliver high-volume recruitment across a range of blue-collar roles.
This is a hands-on coordination position suited to someone who enjoys a quick-paced environment, can juggle competing priorities, and takes pride in delivering a positive candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate recruitment for a high-volume workforce Review applications, screen candidates, and assist with shortlistingSchedule and support interviews, including attending interviews with shift managersLiaise with labour hire agencies to meet workforce requirementsArrange reference checks and pre-employment medicalsCoordinate new starter onboarding,



inductions and site toursOrganise onboarding requirements such as IT access and introductory meetingsMaintain accurate recruitment records and keep candidates informed throughout the processPrepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates to senior stakeholdersProvide general recruitment administration and ensure processes are followedAbout YouPrevious experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR administrationExposure to high-volume recruitment, ideally within a blue-collar, FMCG or industrial environmentStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to administrationConfident communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across different levels of the businessA proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamWhat's on Offer?
