With a strong focus on quality, product knowledge and service, this is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team where you can build genuine customer relationships and take ownership of the sales journey.Your new role Based in Joondalup, you'll join the team as a Sales Assistant, delivering an exceptional in-store experience while helping customers find the right products for their needs.This is much more than a traditional retail position.
You'll combine hands-on customer service with consultative sales, product demonstrations and coordination of customer orders.Your responsibilities will include:Engaging with customers and providing tailored product recommendationsConducting product and cooking demonstrationsSupporting customers with outdoor and alfresco kitchen selectionsManaging the sales process, including quotes, orders, supplier coordination and customer follow-upMaintaining product displays and supporting visual merchandisingProcessing transactions and assisting with stock deliveries Working closely with the wider team to achieve sales goalsCompleting some manual handling and heavy lifting when required, although this will not be an extensive part of the roleWorking weekends as part of the regular roster,



with two days off during the weekWhat you'll need to succeed Previous sales experience is essential and non-negotiable for this position.
We're looking for someone confident in engaging with customers, identifying their needs and converting conversations into sales.You'll also bring:Solid customer service and communication skillsA proactive, confident and consultative approach to salesThe ability to build rapport and recommend appropriate productsConfidence learning and demonstrating products to customersGood technology skills, with exposure to systems such as Salesforce, Retail Express and Microsoft Office are advantageous.
