You'll become part of a supportive HR team that partners closely with leaders and employees, providing practical advice while contributing to ongoing improvements across people processes.In this role you'll provide generalist HR support across a broad range of employee matters.
This is a varied role, offering exposure across the employee life cycle, including:Responding to HR and payroll-related enquiries from employees and leadersSupporting employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary processes and performance managementAdvising leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment mattersSupporting recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, relocations and offboardingPreparing contracts, variation documentation and employee changesMaintaining accurate employee and position information within HR systemsSupporting visa compliance, employee benefits and exit processesParticipating in HR projects, process improvement, automation and standardisation initiativesThe successful candidate will bring:Approximately 2–3 years' experience in a comparable HR generalist or advisory roleWorking knowledge of Australian employment legislation,
