You will manage hands-on campaign execution, ensuring that Google Ads and Meta Ads are optimized to deliver on the client's business goals.
You'll play a vital role in driving results through data-driven insights, and work closely with a team of high performers in a collaborative setting.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies that deliver breakthrough growth for eCommerce and service-based clientsManage client relationships and handle inquiries, ensuring all client needs are addressedDesign, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads,



focusing on full-funnel growth and lead generationMonitor campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met and exceededCollaborate with Media Buyers to craft and scale high-performance strategiesPrepare and review reports, providing key insights into campaign performance and optimizationSupport the Head of Growth in enhancing client retention strategiesStay on top of industry trends and platform changes to ensure cutting-edge strategies for clientsCollaborate with the greater team to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all campaignsLead creative testing and scaling processes, ensuring high-performance creatives are optimized for maximum growthWho You AreA digital marketing expert with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for both eCommerce and lead generation campaignsPrevious experience in a digital agency is highly preferredStrong understanding of marketing metrics and how they drive business resultsProven experience managing client-facing roles, with an ability to build strong relationships and trustProficient in funnel strategy, campaign management, and scaling successful campaignsHighly organized and self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail and a drive to continuously improveExperience with CRM management is a plus,
