Your new company Hays is partnering with a large organisation seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Campaign Officer to join their communications team on a temporary contract until June ****.
Your current role In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day social media and digital campaign activities, creating engaging content and supporting the delivery of broader digital strategies.
You will need to be a proactive self-starter who can work independently, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.Key responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing social media campaigns and strategiesManaging and moderating organisational social media channelsCreating engaging digital content for a variety of audiencesCoordinating content across multiple social media platformsUsing scheduling, campaign and social media management toolsSupporting digital campaigns across SEM, SEO and digital displayMaintaining content through web-based CMS platformsMonitoring digital activity and performance through Google AnalyticsWorking closely with internal and external stakeholdersWhat you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role,



you will ideally have:A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experienceDemonstrated experience delivering social media and digital campaignsStrong content creation and copywriting capabilitiesExperience managing multiple social media channels and scheduling toolsExperience using web-based CMS, social media management systems and design packagesA solid understanding of SEM, SEO, digital display and Google AnalyticsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExcellent organisation and the ability to balance competing prioritiesThe confidence to work autonomously and hit the ground runningWhat you'll get in return Full-time hoursCompetitive hourly rateLong-term contract with opportunity to be extended.
