Key responsibilities include:Lead, mentor and develop clinical and care teamsDrive clinical excellence, quality improvement and compliance with Aged Care StandardsOversee care planning, medication management,



clinical documentation and risk managementMonitor Direct Care Minutes, clinical performance and workforce requirementsSupport AN-ACC assessments and funding optimisationPromote a positive, collaborative and accountable team cultureWork closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive care outcomesAbout You We are seeking a confident, hands-on clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional aged care and developing high-performing teams.
To be successful, you will have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseProven clinical leadership experience within Residential Aged CareStrong knowledge of the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirementsExperience in clinical governance, accreditation, audits and quality improvementSound understanding of AN-ACC, Direct Care Minutes and workforce planningStrong communication, leadership and problem-solving skillsCurrent Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtainDesirable: Postgraduate qualifications, IPC Lead certification or budget management experience.
