With a strong focus on quality, accuracy and personalised service, they are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join their team and support the ongoing needs of their clients.Your new role Working within a supportive professional environment, you will manage bookkeeping requirements across a portfolio of clients.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, managing competing priorities and taking ownership of their work.Key responsibilities will include:Managing day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clientsAccounts payable and accounts receivable processingBank and credit card reconciliationsProcessing payroll and associated reportingPreparation and lodgement support for BAS and IASMaintaining accurate general ledger and financial recordsPreparing reports and supporting month-end processesLiaising directly with clients to resolve queries and obtain required informationWorking closely with accountants and other members of the finance teamEnsuring client records are accurate, compliant and up to dateWhat you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:Previous bookkeeping experience,



ideally within an accounting, finance or professional services environmentStrong knowledge of Xero, with exposure to MYOB or similar accounting software advantageousExperience across reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable and receivableUnderstanding of BAS, GST and general bookkeeping requirementsStrong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately across multiple clientsExcellent organisation and time management skillsConfident and professional communication skillsA proactive, dependable approach and willingness to contribute to a cooperative teamWhat you'll get in return You'll join a professional and supportive team where you can build strong client relationships and enjoy genuine variety across your workload.
