Join our world and let's do good things together.ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a detail-driven and organised Production Coordinator to join our Cotton On team working within the Swimwear and Intimates category on a 6 month fixed term contract.
In this role, you'll support bringing product to life at scale — coordinating day-to-day production operations to ensure product is delivered on time, on cost and to the highest quality standards.Working closely with Production Specialists and suppliers, you'll play a key role in keeping production moving, managing timelines and ensuring accuracy across every stage of the process.You will:Support end-to-end production execution from order placement through to shipmentCoordinate with suppliers to ensure timelines, quality and compliance requirements are metMaintain accurate production tracking and support critical path managementSupport pre-production and bulk milestones, including approvals, testing and compliance checksAssist with sample management across development and production stagesPartner cross-functionally with Design, Buying,



Planning and Quality teamsSupport supplier communication and day-to-day performance managementIdentify risks or delays and escalate to support on-time deliveryIf you thrive in a rapid-paced environment, love staying organised and enjoy working behind the scenes to bring product to life, we'd love to meet you.
