This is an initial three-month temporary contract providing hands-on HR leadership and support within a blue-collar environment.Working closely with site management, you will provide practical, commercially focused HR advice while taking ownership of complex employee relations matters and key workforce priorities.Key responsibilities:Advise site leaders on workforce priorities, people matters and HR risksLead employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, conflict resolution and performance managementSupport workforce planning and employee engagement initiativesEnsure HR practices are consistent, compliant and aligned with operational requirementsMonitor HR reporting,
