12 Month Fixed Term Accounting Position – NDIS Claims Experience EssentialYour new company Hays is partnering with an established, Tasmanian-owned NDIS provider based in Hobart's northern suburbs.
With a strong presence in the disability services sector, the organisation is seeking an experienced Accountant to join its finance team on a part-time basis for a 12-month fixed-term contract.Your new role Working three days per week, you'll provide financial accounting support across the organisation, with a particular focus on NDIS claims processing and reconciliation.Your responsibilities will include:Processing and reconciling NDIS claimsFinancial and balance sheet reconciliationsAssisting with month-end financial reportingInvestigating and resolving discrepancies relating to NDIS claims and paymentsMaintaining accurate financial recordsSupporting the wider finance function as requiredWorking within Microsoft DynamicsWhat you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you'll be a qualified and experienced accounting professional with a strong financial accounting background.Importantly,
