With a supportive culture and multiple technical specialisation pathways available, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced claims professional looking to take the next step.Your new role As a Senior Claims Assessor, you will manage complex travel insurance claims while acting as a key technical resource for the broader claims team.You will assess high-value and complex matters, provide guidance to less experienced assessors, and support quality decision-making across the function.Key responsibilities include:Managing complex travel insurance claims from lodgement through to resolutionAssessing policy coverage and interpreting policy wordingsReviewing medical, financial and travel-related documentationHandling escalated and higher-risk claims matters,
