Managing a busy portfolio of blue-collar mining vacancies, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process while delivering a responsive and positive candidate experience.Your responsibilities will include:Managing high-volume recruitment across a range of blue-collar mining positionsTaking job briefs and understanding operational workforce requirementsWriting and posting targeted job advertisementsProactively sourcing candidates across multiple channelsScreening applications and conducting telephone interviewsShortlisting candidates against role requirementsCoordinating interviews with hiring managersManaging multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneouslyMaintaining regular and timely communication with applicantsDelivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processPartnering closely with hiring managers to keep recruitment moving at pacePrevious high-volume blue-collar recruitment experience is essential, ideally across mining, resources, trades, heavy industry or operational workforces.
