Experienced Project Manager is required for commercial projects across Adelaide.Your new company Hays is partnering with an established South Australian business with a strong pipeline of commercial projects across Adelaide.
Due to continued growth and upcoming project requirements, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team.This is an opportunity to join a collaborative business where you will have ownership of your projects and work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients to ensure successful delivery.Your new role As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handoverCoordinating subcontractors, consultants and suppliersManaging project programmes, budgets, procurement and variationsMaintaining strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholdersWorking closely with Site Managers and Supervisors to ensure successful project deliveryMonitoring project progress, quality, safety and commercial performanceManaging project documentation, reporting and contractual requirementsIdentifying and resolving programme,



design and construction issues throughout deliveryWhat you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will have:Previous experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction sectorDemonstrated experience successfully delivering commercial projectsStrong understanding of construction methodology, programming and project deliveryExperience managing subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholdersGood commercial awareness across budgets, procurement and variationsStrong communication, organisation and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining robust attention to detailRelevant construction, building or project management qualifications will be highly regardedWhat you'll get in return You will join a growing and well-established business offering a strong pipeline of work and the opportunity to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
