This is a broad, hands-on role partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver practical people solutions and support both day-to-day and strategic HR priorities.Your new role Working closely with leaders across the business, you will provide trusted HR advice and coaching across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities will include:Partnering with managers on employee relations, performance and workplace mattersCoaching and developing leaders to strengthen people management capabilitySupporting workforce planning, organisational change and talent initiativesManaging recruitment and retention strategiesSupporting learning, development and succession planningProviding advice across awards, employment legislation and industrial mattersDriving employee engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiativesReviewing workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunitiesSupporting P&C; policies,



processes and continuous improvementWhat you'll need to succeed Senior HR advisory or generalist experienceStrong employee relations and performance management capabilityKnowledge of Australian employment legislation, contemporary awards and enterprise agreementsDemonstrated ability to coach, influence and build trusted relationships with managersExperience supporting change, workforce planning and/or capability initiativesStrong judgement, communication and stakeholder management skillsA practical, solutions-focused approachWhat you'll get in return This is an opportunity to take on a visible and influential HR role where you can work closely with operational leaders and contribute across the full breadth of People & Culture.
