The organisation is undertaking significant technology and systems work and is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to contribute to the design and delivery of complex ICT solutions.Your new roleAs a Senior Systems Analyst, you will work across business and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and standards.You will be responsible for analysing existing systems, identifying functional gaps and dependencies, assessing solution feasibility and contributing to the design and implementation of large-scale ICT solutions.Your responsibilities will include:Leading the analysis and definition of complex system and technical requirementsUndertaking feasibility assessments, including impact, risk and options analysisDesigning and reviewing complex system solutionsIdentifying gaps, dependencies and opportunities within existing system functionalityTranslating business needs into clear technical requirements and solution designsAssessing design options, trade-offs and associated risksPreparing and reviewing technical documentationProviding specialist advice to business and technical stakeholdersWorking collaboratively across multidisciplinary ICT teams to support successful solution deliveryWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role,



you will be an experienced Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst with a strong background working across complex ICT environments.You will demonstrate:Strong experience in systems analysis and systems designExperience translating business requirements into technical requirementsStrong requirements definition, management and prioritisation capabilityExperience undertaking feasibility, impact and risk assessmentsAbility to analyse complex systems, integrations and functional dependenciesStrong stakeholder engagement across both business and technical teamsExperience producing high-quality technical and solution documentationThe ability to provide specialist technical advice and recommendationsPrevious experience within the Federal Government or another large, complex organisation will be highly regardedAbility to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance if requiredWhat you'll get in returnYou will have the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale ICT initiatives within a major Federal Government environment.
