12-month contract role in GovernmentYour new company Hays is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Digital Officer to support the ongoing delivery, improvement and administration of its digital platforms and systems.This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across digital platforms, websites, CRM systems, data, analytics and digital projects.Your new role Reporting to the Digital Delivery Manager, you will support the implementation, integration and ongoing operation of key digital platforms.Your responsibilities will include:Administer and support websites, CMS, CRM and other digital platformsTroubleshoot CMS, CRM, workflow, configuration and data issuesConfigure forms, workflows, dashboards, permissions and platform settingsSupport digital system implementations, integrations and enhancementsAssist with data cleansing, migration, validation and reconciliationCoordinate system testing and user acceptance testingDevelop digital reports, dashboards and data visualisationsMonitor website, CRM, campaign and digital channel performanceWork closely with internal stakeholders, ICT teams, agencies and external suppliersMaintain digital platform documentation, processes and proceduresSupport website content, email marketing, digital campaigns and paid search activityContribute to ongoing digital platform and process improvementsWhat you'll need to succeed You will bring hands-on experience working with digital platforms and confidence in operating across both technical and business-facing activities.Ideally,
