DescriptionAbout the RoleWe're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team, based in Docklands, Melbourne.
In this role, you'll partner with leaders across our Commercial Logistics, Freight Forwarding and Corporate Services throughout Oceania, providing trusted HR advice and delivering people initiatives that support business performance, employee engagement and organisational growth.
You'll have the prospect to influence positive workplace culture, develop leaders and drive continuous improvement across the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:Build strong relationships with leaders, providing practical HR advice and aligning people solutions with business prioritiesManage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance, development and offboardingAdvise managers on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation, supporting employee relations matters and escalating complex issues when requiredSupport performance management, effective feedback conversations and employee development planningDeliver initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, recognition and internal communicationSupport organisational change and continuous improvement, including HR process optimisation, technology and people reporting Qualifications, Skills and Experience:5+ year's experience in HR Business Partnering, providing strategic HR advice and partnering with leaders to deliver people initiativesStrong knowledge of HR policies,



procedures and employment legislation, with experience advising managers and business leadersStrong experience across the employee lifecycle, performance management, employee relations and HR systemsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomesStrong organisational skills and resilience, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, solutions-focused approach, with strong reporting skills, attention to detail, discretion and a commitment to continuous improvement and DP World's Principles About DP WorldDP World is reshaping the future of global trade to improve lives everywhere.
