The organisation has a strong focus on relationships, integrity, safety and quality and is seeking an experienced construction professional to play a key role within their team.Your new role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead complex commercial construction projects from initial tender and estimating through to completion.
This senior position combines hands-on project delivery with estimating and commercial oversight, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:Leading the planning, estimating and delivery of complex commercial construction projectsPreparing and overseeing tenders, estimates and cost plansManaging budgets, programmes, cost control and commercial riskManaging client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project life cycleOverseeing contract interpretation, negotiation and complianceProviding commercial and technical input into tenders, procurement and programmingLeading project handovers and driving a collaborative approach to deliveryMentoring project and estimating team membersEnsuring compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.
What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management,



or an experienced site manager looking to progress your career.
Ideally, you will have demonstrated experience delivering complex construction or infrastructure projects valued above $10 million, together with strong commercial knowledge and an understanding of construction contracts and tendering processes.
