hearing checks and skin check supportCompany toolbox meetings with complimentary breakfast and barista coffeeSocial events and annual celebrationsModern systems and technology to support your successStrong safety culture with a genuine focus on employee wellbeing,About the RoleBased in Warrnambool, you'll support the delivery of electrical service, maintenance and project works throughout Warrnambool and the South West.Depending on your experience, your responsibilities will include:General commercial electrical service and maintenanceFault finding, repairs and reactive maintenancePreventative maintenance and compliance worksSmall projects, upgrades and installationsLeading and coordinating tradespeople, apprentices and subcontractorsPlanning works, allocating labour and coordinating day-to-day job prioritiesProviding technical support across electrical maintenance and installationsLiaising professionally with clients, stakeholders and other tradesCompleting job records, documentation and reporting through job management systemsDriving a proactive approach to safety, quality and complianceIdentifying opportunities for improvement and future worksSupporting and mentoring apprentices and team membersWhat We're Looking ForVictorian A-Grade Electrical LicenceCurrent Driver's LicenceStrong commercial service and maintenance experiencePrevious Leading Hand or supervisory experience,
