Weekday evenings: Monday-Friday, 3:30 pm-8:30 pm – 25 hours per week.What You'll Be DoingLead daily front-of-house service, setting high standards for presentation and customer experienceSupervise, support and motivate the team to deliver polished, attentive hospitalityCreate a welcoming dining environment through proactive, professional customer serviceMaintain service presentation,



cleanliness and operational standardsRespond to customer needs and resolve service issues with confidence and careWork closely with the wider catering team to ensure smooth, seamless serviceDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat You'll BringExperience in premium hospitality, including hotels, fine dining, catering or eventsStrong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitalityExperience supervising or leading a team in a fast-paced environmentProfessional presentation, excellent communication and attention to detailA proactive, hands-on approach with flexibility to meet operational roster requirementsCurrent RSA certification, with the ability to obtain the required National Police Check and Working With Children CheckWhy Join Cater Care?
