We're looking for a casual Duty Manager to lead shifts, keep the team humming and make sure every customer leaves happy.The RoleYou'll be the person on the floor who keeps everything running, mostly at Blackburn with the odd shift at Croydon Hills.
It's hands‐on, varied and never dull.Oversee day-to-day operations across the whole store,



from fresh produce to flowersLead and motivate the team with clear direction and valuable energyOpen and close the store as requiredKeep shelves and displays stocked, tidy and looking their bestJump in wherever needed: registers, coffee machine, helping customersHandle issues calmly and sensiblyKeep the store safe, clean and welcoming for customers and staffAbout YouRetail or hospitality experience (leadership experience is a bonus)A confident communicator who stays cool under pressureProactive and happy to lead by exampleReliable, responsible and a true team playerFlexible availability, including weekends and public holidaysRSA certificate, or willing to get one
