supporting everything from lead generation and quoting through to product sampling, stock coordination and large commercial projects.THE ROLE...Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll play an important part in keeping our sales operations organised, accurate and moving forward.Day to day, you'll:Identify and qualify new sales leads before handing them across to BDMsSupport commercial and townhouse projects, including scheduling and project date managementPrepare quotes, review specifications and coordinate project samplingAssist BDMs and Account Managers with pricing, measures and smaller project quotesManage sales opportunities and information through PipedriveCoordinate stock checks, purchase orders, product availability and shortagesSupport Large Order Form (LOF) and order management processesWork closely with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues quicklyAssist with sales reporting, account setup and general sales administrationHelp improve processes and maintain a high level of customer serviceABOUT YOU...You'll be someone who enjoys working in a busy sales environment and can comfortably manage multiple priorities at once.Strong organisation and attention to detailConfident written and verbal communication skillsA customer-focused and solutions-driven approachStrong computer skills and confidence embracing technologyCommercial thinking and problem-solving abilityThe ability to build positive relationships across different teamsA flexible, proactive and team-oriented approachYou'll be part of a collaborative workplace where you can use your organisation, customer service and commercial skills to make a genuine impact across the sales process.If you enjoy coordinating the detail, solving problems and helping a sales team succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
