This permanent part time role blends hands-on care with clinical leadership, working closely with Registered and Clinical Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager (Operations) and Nurse Manager (Clinical), you will split time between clinical support and direct client care, and mentor support workers to ensure best-practice
