It's a hands‐on role with real variety and mentoring to help you grow as the business expands.
Your responsibilities will include:Oversee accounts payable, including invoice coding,



supplier set‐up and preparing payment runs for approvalComplete bank reconciliations across multiple entities and follow up any variances promptlyReconcile supplier statements monthly and resolve vendor queriesManage the staff card program and reimbursements in line with company policySupport payroll by checking timesheets, maintaining employee records and assisting with reconciliationsContribute to the rollout of a new payroll platform, including data checks and parallel pay runsPrepare journals, work papers and schedules to support month-end and year-end closeAssist with the annual budget, management reporting and finance process improvementsTo be considered for this role, you will have 3–4 years' experience in an accounts or assistant accountant role.
You'll be degree qualified and either studying, or planning to study, towards your CPA or CA.
You're accurate, organised and comfortable working across multiple entities and deadlines, and you're keen to learn and grow within a business.
