and ideally with hoist transfers and manual handlingA Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Ageing or Disability, or similar, is preferredReliable and punctual, because early mornings and evenings need someone he can count onRequirementsAn NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain oneCurrent First Aid and CPRManual handling training, or willingness to complete itReliable transport to BondiThe NDIS Worker Orientation Module (free online), or willingness to complete itWhat we offerConsistent shifts with the same participantEvening and weekend penalty ratesHoist and manual handling trainingA supportive team, with directors you can call any time
