We are looking for passionate and committed Disability Support Workers to join our organisation.
You will support our participants to live within their own homes, in group home settings and within the community, helping them increase their daily living skills, life skills and reach their individual goals.Key responsibilitiesMeal preparation and assisting with eating & drinkingEnabling mobility, including moving & handling transfers, hoists, and wheelchairsSocial support & transportationSupport with behaviours of concernSupport and respect participants' routinesReporting & recording as per company's procedure at all times, adhering to company's policies & proceduresSupporting our participants to make decisions & have choicesSupporting our participants achieve their goalsWe are currently looking for support workers who can do:Variety of shifts ranging from 2 - 8 hoursInactive overnight shift availability is desiredMust be comfortable to use your own car and have a drivers licenceMust be reliable and experienced.Versatile with friendly approachLooking for Casual,
