This is a hands-on position responsible for building, installing, servicing and maintaining industrial batteries and charging systems, while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.What will your daily responsibilities include in this role?
Install, maintain and repair batteries, chargers and associated equipmentDiagnose and rectify faults on both company and competitor productsInstall and connect chargers and related systems to meet customer requirementsConduct impedance testing and monitor equipment performancePerform site surveys and prepare detailed technical reportsAssemble, rebuild and install batteries in line with OEM specifications and Exide SOPsEnsure all battery builds meet strict quality standards and exceed manufacturer requirementsStrip and prepare battery trays for rebuild and reassemblyMeet daily production targets and ensure timely delivery to customersManage stock, including monitoring usage, and maintain accurate job records using company systems (e.g handheld/iPad devices)Provide customer support, including product training and demonstrations.Maintain service vehicles, tools and equipment to ensure first-time fix capabilityMaintain a clean,
