The role supports clients in ensuring ethical sourcing practices, adherence to international standards, and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.This position requires flexibility, strong auditing expertise, and the ability to operate independently while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct social compliance audits in line with client protocols and internationally recognized standards (e.g., SMETA, Fair Farms or equivalent)Evaluate supplier performance against labour, health & safety, environmental, and ethical business practicesPerform site inspections, worker and management interviews, and document reviews.
Identify non-conformities, risks, and areas for improvement in supply chain practicesPrepare transparent, accurate,



and timely audit reports in accordance with company and client requirementsEnsure all audit findings are evidence-based, objective, and well-documentedMaintain confidentiality and integrity of all audit informationCommunicate professionally with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholdersAdhere to audit schedules, deadlines, and quality standardsStay up to date with evolving responsible sourcing standards and industry expectationsQualifications & ExperienceProven experience as a Responsible Sourcing Auditor, Social Compliance AuditorStrong knowledge of international auditing standards (e.g., SMETA, Fair Farm standards)Auditor certifications (e.g., APSCA)Experience conducting ethical, labour, health & safety, and environmental auditsStrong understanding of supply chain risk management and compliance frameworksExcellent interviewing, observation, and analytical skills
