You will be based in office at both Pacific Epping and Pacific Werribee, you'll help promote sustainable waste practices through a mix of operational support, tenant engagement, and education.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing daily waste operations across both centersUnderstanding site-specific waste streams and how they're managedSuggesting sustainable improvements to existing processesOptimizing bin sizes and collection schedulesInspecting bins and storage areas for compliancePromoting correct waste segregation (general waste, recycling,



organics)Reducing contamination and improving recycling ratesResponding to waste-related issues with cleaning and maintenance teamsWhat You BringMotivated, eager to learn, and passionate about sustainabilityA clear communicator, confident working with tenants and staffOrganized, reliable, and detail orientedAble to work independently and solve basic problemsFamiliar with or open to learning about waste and recyclingAware of general workplace safetyA background or studies in environmental science, sustainability, or education is a plusWho we areAt REMONDIS, you'll be part of a cleaner, more sustainable future.
