Our participants require support from staff who are patient, resilient, consistent, and experienced in delivering high quality support.What you'll be doingPersonal care and daily living assistance.Medication assistance and documentation.Following behaviour support strategies and care plans.Promoting independence while maintaining safety and wellbeing.Reporting any changes in participant condition or needs to the care teamMaintaining accurate records and documentationAdhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsWhat we're looking forYou must be female to be considered for this roleExperienced with supporting a participant who is diagnosed with bipolar and/or schizophreniaSomeone who is caring and willing to listen to the participant's care requirements and needsMust be good at dealing with minimalistic and contingenciesStrong English verbal and written communication skillsA caring, patient,
