As an Assistant Business Leader, you'll manage and grow your own client portfolio while working side-by-side with your Business Leader to build a high-performing, high-energy team.
This isn't a "wait your turn" leadership role.

What You'll Be Doing:
Operational & Technical
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through our Operational Excellence frameworkExpert user of internal and customer systems — troubleshoot and solve quicklyUnderstand financial systems and corporate travel products to drive the best outcomes
Growth & Retention
Review customer programs and present value-driven solutionsKnow your portfolio deeply and influence stakeholders to create opportunityDeliver a compelling experience that drives retention, satisfaction, growth and profitabilityProactive, self-driven and goal-focusedContinuously build expertise, stay across trends and competitorsContribute to a cooperative, peer-learning culture
All About You:
Minimum 3 years in the travel industry, including 2 years on SabreBusiness travel management experience,



or leisure leadership experience preferred6 months in Lumina is desired but not essentialAbility to multi-task and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and client expectationsA high level of attention to detailExcellent communication, listening and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary teamTo be a "people person" who values the importance of developing strong relationships
