We're committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone's empowered to be their best.Freo Group is looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our operational activities across our Port Hedland Branch.This is a hands-on coordination role where you'll sit at the centre of operations, working closely with Superintendents, Supervisors, Operations Managers, employees, customers and support teams to help ensure our workforce, equipment, mobilisation and administrative requirements come together safely and efficiently.What you'll be doing:Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating daily labour, equipment and resource requirementsSupporting workforce planning and look-ahead schedulingCoordinating shutdown, maintenance and project support requirementsManaging employee mobilisation, including flights, accommodation, travel and site accessEnsuring licences, VOCs, inductions, competencies, medicals and compliance records remain currentCoordinating site inductions and onboarding requirementsProcessing timesheets and supporting payroll requirementsSupporting invoicing, billing, purchase orders and revenue administrationMaintaining accurate operational records, documentation and reportingAssisting with procurement, quotations,



purchase requisitions and goods receiptingProviding timely operational and mobilisation updates to customers and internal stakeholdersSupporting safe work practices and Freo Group's Zero Harm cultureAbout youYou'll thrive in this role if you're someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy operational environment and can confidently manage competing priorities.Ideally, you'll bring:Experience in operations coordination, administration, mobilisation or workforce planningExposure to mining, maintenance, industrial services, crane or construction environments is desirableExperience with mobilisation systems and workforce compliance management is desirableExposure to payroll, invoicing and procurement processes is desirableStrong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skillsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to remain flexible and responsive as operational priorities changeA commitment to secure work practices, confidentiality and great customer serviceWorking arrangementsThe role requires coordination across both the branch and site environment, including rostered work locations at the Port Hedland Branch.Why this role mattersYou'll be a key link between our operational teams, workforce, customers and support functions.
